Emine Yetiskul, Researcher, Phd.
Emine Yetiskul received the Bachelor of City Planning degree in 1995 and Master of City Planning in 1998 in the Department of City and Regional Planning at Middle East Technical University , Ankara, Turkey. She was conferred the degree of Doctor of Engineering in 2006 in the Department of Civil Engineering at Kyoto University , Kyoto, Japan. Her dissertation topic is "Structural Changes in Deregulated Air Transportation Systems ". After her graduation, she conducted research in the Institute of Transportation Studies at University of California, Berkeley, USA. Her research interests include transportation economics and policy, industrial organization and air transportation. Prior to arriving at the Laboratory of Kiyoshi Kobayashi, she had several years of professional experience as a city planner in the Ministry of Public Works and Settlement in Turkey.
